Notes: 1983 was the inaugural year. A trial run of the course was made in 1982. The course is mostly on roads with a mountain trail section between 150 km and 170 km and a peak elevation of 1100m. Since the first race approximately 20% of the trail sections have been lost to asphalt. The current distance has been measured as 245.3 km. Dates are the race start date. There is a 36 hour time limit on this race.
