Notes: 1988 was the inaugural year. The church of Saint Wddyn's at Lake Vrynwy was built in 1888 by the Liverpool corporation to replace the former church, flooded by the construction of Lake Vrynwy for the supply of water for Liverpool. As part of the centenary appeal to raise money to renew the roof and for other repairs, this half marathon was organized.
